WOW, July 2011 was certainly a change of pace from the past months.  The most expensive sold home in Stockton was $410,000! That’s right $410,000 (Watch the video below to see the home). Just a few short years ago, that amount seemed to be the average sold price in Stockton.  How times have changed.

While there are many homes on the market for much higher prices, many are still for sale or pending sale.  I expect that we will see a higher sold home for August 2011.

Most Expensive Home #1: A Lincoln Village West waterfront home has 4 Bedrooms, 2 1/2 Bath.  At 2700 sq. ft the cost per sq ft was $151.

Most Expensive Home #2: A Brookside waterfront home sold also sold for $410,000 but was a little bigger at 3000 sq ft.
