#3... $768,000

It’s that time of year again to look back and see what the past year had to offer.  For the second year, I showcase the Top 10 most expensive sold homes in Stockton.

If you missed year 2009′s Top 10 List check it out here.

What a difference a year makes.  2010 had no homes sell for over $1 million.  While in 2009,  3 homes sold over the million dollar mark. In addition, the #10 most expensive sold home in 2009 was $700,000.  In 2010, we didn’t see the $700K mark until home #6.

While I did not sell a home on this list this year, my goal is too make the list.  That’s where you come in!  :)  If you know anyone looking to buy or sell a home please drop them my name and number.  I’ll treat them with my best!  I would really appreciate it.  Thank you, David
