My son Zachary and I went over to check out a new cafe on the Miracle Mile today.  It was around 1:30, a late lunch at the Midtown Creperie & Cafe, and I was surprised how crowded it was.  Every table in the place was full.  We grabbed a couple of spots at the counter which was cool because you can watch them make your crepe right before your eyes.  I had already eaten, but being crepe fans we wanted to stop in and see what this place was all about.

Zachary ordered the Whodat! crepe.  A whodat! is a crepe filled with Ghirardelli chocolate and caramel sauce topped with whipped cream.  I was able to sneak in a few bites and it was delicious!  The chocolate inside melted which made the crepe ever softer. Oh, to make it even more chocolaty he ordered the chocolate crepe too.

Looking for a tasty treat on a warm summer night? Head over to yogurt my way. They’re a self serve frozen yogurt shop were you can get as little or as much as your stomach desires.

In each location they serve 8 different flavors of yogurt and countless toppings. Other than the standard chocolate and vanilla, cake batter, oreo cookie, blueberry and strawberry are often found in my cup.  My favorite is vanilla topped with almonds and cookie dough! Yum.  What is your favorite?

While writing about today’s thing to do I am savoring the taste of the carmel peanut covered apple I tasted earlier today at the Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory. While visiting I was tempted to get one of everything because it all just looked so good.

The tasty shop is located in Lincoln Center next to Podesto’s market (see day 33 of 365).  If you need a treat stop by and try a carmel apple.  If apples are not your favorite idea for a treat they also have chocolate covered marshmallows, licorice, or chocolate covered strawberries.  These are just a few delicious treats among the many that are for your liking.

I recommend you stopping by the Rocky Mountain in Lincoln Center. They are good! They are on facebook too!
