It’s necessary to take care of your body, so today we headed over the BodyBliss Holistic Wellness Center and did just that.

Bliss |blis|noun

By definition; perfect happiness; great joyshe gave a sigh of bliss.

  • something providing such happiness

BodyBliss, I get it,  providing your body with perfect happiness! What more could you want?

Karen McDougall, the owner, was kind enough to offer me a massage! Being the great husband I am, LOL, I offered it to my hardworking wife, Shauna.  Let me tell you, Shauna was a new women when she was finished!  She was very relaxed and stress-free.  She was happy, I was happy.  See the video below!

While she was getting rubbed down, I was talked into trying Tai Chi for the very first time.  I was glad I went through the 45 minute class as it was a new experience and definitely not what I am used to doing.  You can feel the energy in and around your body being push and pulled in different directions.  Very interesting to say the least.

BodyBliss offers a wide variety of services from  a wide variety of Massages, Tai Chi, Yoga, acupressure just to name a few.

The BodyBliss is moving to their new location on Robinhood Drive, behind Stone Creek Village, as I write this.  Please support our local businesses!  Call them today to give your body perfect happiness!

Looking for some good Stockton, home grown Chinese food?  Head over to Yen Du’s! They are a traditional Chinese food restaurant which is among the favorites to Stockton residents.

I always enjoy the chicken fried rice and Mongolian beef dish.  I’m not a huge min chi fan but have heard nothing but great things about it at Yen Du’s.  I have always enjoyed lunch at the “Du’s” as their friendly staff is welcoming and efficient.  Try the hot tea!

See the reviews on yelp for Yen Du’s.

Day 120 of 365 Things to do in Stockton: Angelinas Spaghetti House

Posted in 365 Things to do in Stockton, Ca on August 23rd, 2010 by keebler – View Comments

Since 1976,  Angelinas Spaghetti House has served the Stockton public their famous home-made Spaghetti sauce that you can’t get anywhere else.  The extensive menu is full of delicious sandwiches, pasta and great entrees.  One of my favorites is the French Dip but the raviolis always seem to temp me.

Angelina’s also provides catering.  I have been to many events which have been catered and it has always been delicious as expected.

I encourage you to give them a try if you haven’t already done so.
